Bill has more than two decades’ experience in leading roles at global tech companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and an MPSA and CHLS from The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.

Bret Sackett
Executive Director, Sonoma County Public Safety Consortium
Bret leads the SCPSC, a joint powers authority comprised of most public safety agencies in Sonoma County, California. He is a former chief of the Sonoma Police Department. He holds a bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University, an associate degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and a management certificate from CA POST.

Jay Brooks
Product Manager / Interface Developer, Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division
Jay, a former fire marshal and EMC in Smith County, Texas, has worked in public safety for more than 30 years. He was a captain in the Lindale Fire Department and is a CFEI, CVFI, Texas Master Peace Officer, firefighter and former certified EMT. He is pursuing a graduate certificate in AI.
